Cancelling on the website (web/Android):

  1. Log into your account at crushon.ai
  2. Click your profile icon (top right or sidebar)
  3. Go to "Settings" or "Manage Subscription"
  4. Click "Cancel Plan" or "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted
  6. Your subscription access continues until the billing period ends

Cancelling an iOS App Store subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID / name at the top
  3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. Find CrushOn AI in the active subscriptions list
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancelling a Google Play subscription:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon"Payments & subscriptions"
  3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. Find CrushOn AI and tap "Cancel subscription"

There are no cancellation fees or penalties. CrushOn AI does not charge early termination fees.

How to Delete Your CrushOn AI Account

Account deletion is permanent and processed manually within 48 hours. Unlike subscription cancellation, account deletion cannot be reversed.

What deletion removes:

  • Your account profile
  • All conversation history
  • Saved characters you created
  • Accumulated coins and rewards

Deletion process:

  1. Cancel any active subscription first (see above) — deletion does not automatically stop billing
  2. Log into your account
  3. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  4. Follow the deletion confirmation steps
  5. If the self-service option is not visible, submit a deletion request through the in-app support or email the CrushOn AI support team
  6. Deletion is processed within approximately 48 hours manually

You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete. After deletion, the email address used for your account can be used to create a new account if desired.

How to Delete CrushOn AI Messages

Individual message deletion works differently from account deletion:

  1. Open the conversation containing the messages
  2. Find the specific message you want to remove
  3. Long-press (mobile) or hover (desktop) on the message to reveal options
  4. Select delete — the message is removed from the conversation view

Deleting individual messages does not affect the AI character's memory system — the character's response patterns based on the full conversation context may retain the information even after visible message deletion. Clearing an entire conversation removes the visual record but may not immediately reset all contextual memory.

Refund Policy

CrushOn AI subscription payments are processed by Subscribestar (web) or through Apple/Google app stores (mobile). Refund policies:

  • Subscribestar: Contact Subscribestar support for billing disputes. CrushOn AI does not directly process web subscription refunds.
  • App Store (iOS): Request refunds through Apple's Report a Problem system at reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google Play: Request refunds through Google Play's standard refund process within the eligible window

CrushOn AI does not advertise a standard refund policy for completed subscription periods. Disputes should be raised promptly and directly through the payment processor.

The options are to maintain the active subscription, cancel (which reverts to free tier at billing period end), or delete the account entirely. The free tier (50 messages/day) functions as an effective "paused" state if you don't want to pay but want to keep the account.
